Puppy's First Groom. The whole point of a first groom isn't a perfect haircut — it's making sure a puppy's first experience with clippers, water, and a table is a calm one, so every groom after it is easier. Johanna keeps first sessions short, goes at the puppy's pace, and would rather stop early on a good note than push through for the sake of finishing.

De-shedding treatments. For heavy double-coated breeds, regular brushing at home only reaches so far into the undercoat. A de-shedding treatment works the loose undercoat out thoroughly — the difference in shedding around the house afterward is usually obvious within a day or two, and it's genuinely more comfortable for the dog, especially heading into warmer months.

Flea baths. A medicated flea bath is handled as its own careful process, not a rushed add-on — correct product, correct contact time, and a close check afterward that the treatment actually did its job.

None of these are one-size-fits-all packages. Johanna will talk through what your dog actually needs when you book, rather than upsize you into something they don't.
