Trust isn't something a groomer earns in one visit — it's built appointment after appointment, over years of showing up the same steady way every time. Johanna has lived in Ohio most of her life, and she's been grooming dogs since 2001 — 25+ years of hands-on, breed-specific experience. She ran her own grooming shop at another location for years, then spent a few years in Florida before coming back home.

She's been back home in Ohio for a few years now. She spent some of that time grooming for other salons, but working for someone else never gave her the same satisfaction as running her own shop. So she made the call to open a new location just outside Navarre — close enough to stay loyal to the local clients who've trusted her for years, and to keep delivering the same great service they've always gotten.

This isn't a new business, and Johanna isn't new to the area. She's been in business for years — she's simply back on her own again, in her hometown.
